MONDAY | 30 minutes Boxing and Tabata with full body strength supersets
TUESDAY | 30-minute STRONGER upper body and abs
WEDNESDAY | 30-minute HIIT and strength with 10 minutes abs

Absolutely, they are always available immediately after the class for you to do anytime that suits.

If you’re just beginning start with a 2kg dumbbell and progress from there. You will also need a mat. As you develop your strength you can also build your equipment by adding heavier dumbbells and a barbell. The workouts can all be done from home with minimal equipment.

Yes, you have total flexibility to cancel/join any time or pause your subscription whenever needed.

Yes! I have designed Nicky’s Bootcamp to take you from scratch. We have a 4 week Begin Again program which is the perfect start to your fitness journey. Click here to find out more.

No session is longer than 30 minutes, as this is the optimum amount of time to train. On Saturday we offer 20 minute blast bootcamps, and Sunday the Focus In 15 minutes are regularly updated.

Although there is a new session every day, I suggest you start with 3 sessions each week and build from there. It is so important to take your rest days too to enable your body to recover fully.

We regularly update the recipe section with protein rich recipes to help you get the best results from your training. You can use these recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner inspiration.
